We are looking for fun, dynamic real estate rehabbers who have a proven history of success, can purchase at least 3-to-5 homes at a time, and get their hands dirty with some of the most broken-down properties in their area!

- You must not be a candidate for public office and must agree not to become one until after one (1) year after the initial exhibition of the episodes of the Program in which you appear, if selected as a participant.
- If you are selected as a potential participant, you acknowledge and agree you will be required to execute waivers and release agreements required by Pilgrim Media Group LLC (“Producer”) and the network (“Network”) or any of their licensees, successors or assigns.
- Participant must agree to undergo background checks if requested.
