Pilgrim of the Week: Jeffrey Kent, Licensing and Assistant Editor of RockHouse Images

New week, new Pilgrim of the Week! In our weekly Pilgrim of the Week features, we highlight awesome Pilgrims behind the scenes. As the world’s most diverse production company, we make sure that we have a great team behind us. This week, meet Jeffrey Kent, Licensing and Assistant Editor of Rockhouse Images, Pilgrim’s division dedicated to providing quality stock footage and exclusive viral videos. Learn more about Jeffrey, his role in Pilgrim and the coolest project he’s worked on:

What do you do at Pilgrim?

I’m an assistant editor for RockHouse Images. I work with many different kinds of footage and images to be processed and sold to customers online and our in house shows.

What’s the coolest project you’ve worked on?

Coolest is the wrong word, but the footage I’ve processed for Days that Shaped America was incredibly sobering.

What’s the best thing that happened to you this week, either at work or outside of it?

I think the Patriots going to the Superbowl for the second time in a row speaks for itself.

If you could describe yourself in 3 emojis what would it be?

😕☕😬

What’s your favorite Pilgrim show?

I’ll catch an episode of Wicked Tuna when I’m feeling homesick. I was a big fan of Dirty Jobs when it aired.

Fill in the blank: If you really knew me, you’d know_____.

I’m obsessed with so-bad-it’s-good movies, I’ve seen The Room close to 20 times.

Who do you nominate for Pilgrim feature and why?

The other half of Rockhouse post-production, OC Newby. We both spend most days editing in our offices, so I think this would be a fun way for more people to get to know her as well!
