Stalkers

Stalkers tells the chilling story of a tough, hot-headed cop with a troubled past who teams up with a polished, politically savvy Assistant District Attorney to take down a dangerous stalker. The thriller is inspired by a true story from the book, “Whisper of Fear: The True Story of the Prosecutor Who Stalks the Stalkers,” by Rhonda Saunders, a criminal prosecutor who wrote the law on stalking in California.

    Character: Diane Harkin

    Drea de Matteo is best known for her role as “Adriana,” Christopher’s loyal and loving fiancée on HBO’s critically-acclaimed show, “The Sopranos.” She won an Emmy® and received a SAG and Golden Globe® nomination for her portrayal of Adriana.

    After her famed death on the “Sopranos”, de Matteo went on to star as Matt Le Blanc’s hilarious sister “Gina” on NBC’s “Joey.” For a year, she was also “Angie,” a desperate housewife, on ABC’s “Desperate Housewives.” De Matteo can now be seen on FX’s “Sons of Anarchy” from time to time.

    Big screen credits include “Walker Payne” with Sam Shepard and Jason Patric; Zoe Cassavettes’ “Broken English” with Parker Posey; “New York, I Love You” with Bradley Cooper; “Assault on Precinct 13” with Ethan Hawke and Lawrence Fishburne; Abel Ferarra’s “R’Xmas” with Ice T; “Lake City” with Sissy Spacek and “Free Ride” with Anna Paquin.

    Aside from being a full time mom, de Matteo always goes back to HB Studios where her mother has taught playwriting for 40 years. She and her mother, Donna de Matteo, are always developing and looking out for new writers and projects as well as working on their own material for the stage. They are currently developing a family drama for cable television set in 1950’s Harlem, based on their family called “119 Pleasant Avenue.”

    De Matteo holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in film production.

    De Matteo is bi-coastal, living in both New York and Los Angeles.

    Mena Suvari is perhaps best known for her breakout role in the Academy Award®-winning film “American Beauty”, for which she received a nomination for Best Supporting Actress by The British Academy Awards and a Screen Actors Guild Award for Best Ensemble Cast. She also won a Movieline Award for Breakthrough Performance for her genuine and confident portrayal of “Angela Hayes,” the object of Kevin Spacey’s desire in the iconic film directed by Sam Mendes. Suvari followed that with a turn in the celebrated comedy “American Pie” (for which she won another Movieline Award for Best Ensemble Cast) with additional film credits that include Nicolas Cage’s directorial debut Sonny opposite James Franco, Jonas Ackerlund’s Spun, Amy Heckerling’s “Loser”,” Sugar and Spice”, “American Pie 2”, “The Musketeer”, Gregg Araki’s “Nowhere”, “Factory Girl”, “Rumor Has It”, “Domino”, “Beauty Shop” and the feature “Trauma”, opposite Colin Firth.

    She re-teamed with “American Beauty” writer Alan Ball for a recurring role on the acclaimed HBO series “Six Feet Under.” Having modeled in her teens, Suvari was tapped to be the face of the global campaign for Lancome and was photographed by the late Richard Avedon for Harry Winston’s 2005 winter advertising campaign. Most recently, she garnered some of the best reviews of her career in the independent films “Stuck”, opposite Stephen Rea, “The Mysteries of Pittsburgh”, opposite Sienna Miller and Peter Sarsgaard and alongside Jack Huston in “Hemingway’s Garden of Eden.” Suvari completely threw herself into the complex character of “Catherine,” even shaving her head for the role.

    Most recently seen in a recurring role on the FX hit “American Horror Story”, Suvari also reunited with the cast of the highly successful “American Pie” series for the latest installment, “American Reunion.” Released in April 2012, audiences had the pleasure of seeing the beloved “American Pie” cast on the big screen one more time. With a worldwide gross of over $230,000,000, “American Reunion” set an international franchise record.

    Suvari currently resides in Los Angeles and is a long-time supporter and activist for the esteemed African relief organization AMREF.

    Jodi Lyn O’Keefe, known to television audiences as Don Johnson’s rebellious daughter “Cassidy” in the long running CBS hit “Nash Bridges”, starred as a series regular on FOX’s critically acclaimed “Prison Break”, where she played the deliciously evil “Gretchen.” This year, she co-stars in the thriller “The Frozen Ground” opposite John Cusack, Nicholas Cage and Vanessa Hudgens. O’Keefe recently completed filming the starring role in the Lifetime Original Movie, “A Nanny’s Revenge” for Lifetime Television.

    O’Keefe also starred alongside Justin Bruening in the Hallmark Channel movie, “Class” and in “Exposed” for Lifetime, which also dealt with the hot button issue of privacy. She has had guest starring and recurring roles on such shows as “Castle”, “Lost”, “Two and a Half Men”, “Big Bang Theory”, “The Finder”, “Boston Legal”, “Criminal Minds”, “CSI: NY”, and many more. On film, O’Keefe is best remembered for starring in “She’s All That” with Freddie Prinze Jr, for which she won the “Best Bad Girl” Young Hollywood Award, and a series of popular horror films including “Halloween: H20”, “Devil in the Flesh Part II” and more. She also starred with Billy Baldwin in “Red Rover” and with James Franco in “Whatever it Takes.” One of O’Keefe’s favorite experiences was starring with James Woods in a short film he wrote and directed: “Falling in Love in Pongo Ponga.”

    Born in Cliffwood Beach, New Jersey, O’Keefe began her career as a model at the age of eight and later joined the cast of the daytime drama “Another World” when she began acting at 13.

    O’Keefe currently resides in Los Angeles and is also a promising jewelry designer.
